If you are using your q20 soundcore headphones with different devices you may have stumbled upon the issue that sometimes it is difficult to connect your headphones to another device while they are already paired.
On the main site they say :
How do I connect Life Q20 to another device?
Life Q20 will automatically connect to the last paired device when turned on. If you would like to pair it with a different device, use one of the following methods:
— Turn off the Bluetooth on the device you were connected to make them enter pairing mode. Then connect to the second device.
— If you prefer not to turn off Bluetooth on the first device, double press the power button to make the headphones re-enter pairing mode, and find Life Q20 in the second device’s list of available Bluetooth devices.
And it helps sometimes. But not always.
A better option is to turn your headphones OFF and turn them back ON while holding the power button. Like this they will not immediately pair with last paired device. Instead they will enter the pairing mode and you will be able to pair them with the device you want.
